About this policy
Kza Meeza operates Kza Meeza Sellers and the seller portal at seller.kzameeza.com. This policy covers information processed when you use the mobile application and its seller portal. Contact: seller.support@kzameeza.com.
Information we process
- Account and authentication information: name, email, phone number, account and seller identifiers, password authentication information, verification codes and session/device records used to sign in and protect the account.
- Information you provide for your business: store and warehouse addresses, city, manually entered location coordinates, profile details, product information, images, documents and other content you upload. Store coordinates are entered through the portal; the application does not request the phone’s GPS location.
- Seller transactions and financial records: orders, purchase and sales history, wallet balances and transactions, bank/payment details and payment proof documents supplied through the portal, where these features are used.
- Technical and usage information: IP address (which can indicate approximate location), browser/device information, cookies and session identifiers, searches and interactions with portal pages.
- Notification information: push notification device tokens and related account/device identifiers, notification content and delivery records, if notifications are enabled. Notification previews may appear on your lock screen according to your phone settings.
Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage seller accounts and products, process and display orders and seller transactions, provide support and notifications, analyse service usage, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Some information is required to sign in and provide the service; optional business fields and uploads depend on the features you use.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is processed on our hosting infrastructure and by service providers supporting the service. These include Hetzner for hosting, Google Analytics for website usage measurement, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification delivery; Apple Push Notification service participates in iOS notification delivery. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. Relevant information may also be provided to payment/banking providers for the transactions you request, and to authorities where legally required. Account access and visibility within a seller business depend on its authorised users and permissions.
Security and retention
The application connects to the seller portal over HTTPS. We use account access controls and authentication measures to protect information. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. We retain information as needed to operate the account and service and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and unresolved transaction obligations. The applicable retention period depends on the type of record and obligation.
Your choices and deletion
You can update available profile fields through your account, control notification permission in your phone settings, and request account or data deletion at seller.support@kzameeza.com. See the deletion instructions. We verify ownership before acting. Records required for the obligations above may be retained; support can explain what applies to your request. Do not send passwords or verification codes with your request.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Contact support with privacy questions or requests.

- بيانات النشاط التي تقدمها: عناوين المتجر والمخازن والمدينة وإحداثيات الموقع المدخلة يدويًا وبيانات الملف والمنتجات والصور والمستندات والمحتوى المرفوع. تُدخل إحداثيات المتجر من البوابة؛ التطبيق لا يطلب موقع GPS للهاتف.
- سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات: الطلبات وسجل المبيعات والمشتريات وأرصدة المحفظة ومعاملاتها والبيانات البنكية أو بيانات الدفع ومستندات إثبات الدفع المقدمة عبر البوابة عند استخدام هذه الخصائص.
- بيانات تقنية واستخدام: عنوان IP الذي قد يدل على موقع تقريبي وبيانات المتصفح والجهاز وملفات الارتباط ومعرّفات الجلسات وعمليات البحث والتفاعل مع صفحات البوابة.
- بيانات الإشعارات: رموز توصيل الإشعارات للجهاز ومعرّفات الحساب والجهاز ذات الصلة ومحتوى الإشعارات وسجلات التوصيل عند تفعيلها. قد تظهر معاينة الإشعار على شاشة القفل حسب إعدادات هاتفك.
أغراض الاستخدام
نستخدم البيانات للتحقق من المستخدمين وإدارة حسابات التجار والمنتجات ومعالجة وعرض الطلبات والمعاملات وتقديم الدعم والإشعارات وتحليل الاستخدام ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. بعض البيانات ضروري للدخول وتقديم الخدمة؛ الحقول والمرفقات الاختيارية تعتمد على الخصائص المستخدمة.
مقدمو الخدمة والإفصاح
تُعالج البيانات على بنية الاستضافة وبواسطة مقدمي الخدمة، ومنهم Hetzner للاستضافة وGoogle Analytics لقياس استخدام الموقع وGoogle Firebase Cloud Messaging لتوصيل الإشعارات، مع مشاركة خدمة Apple Push Notification في توصيل إشعارات iOS. قد تُعالج البيانات خارج بلدك. قد تُقدم المعلومات ذات الصلة لمقدمي خدمات الدفع والبنوك لتنفيذ معاملاتك وللجهات المختصة عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك. تعتمد صلاحيات الاطلاع داخل نشاط التاجر على المستخدمين المعتمدين وصلاحياتهم.
الحماية والاحتفاظ
يتصل التطبيق بالبوابة عبر HTTPS، ونستخدم ضوابط الوصول والتحقق لحماية المعلومات، دون ضمان حماية مطلقة. نحتفظ بالمعلومات بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الحساب والخدمة والالتزامات القانونية والضريبية والمحاسبية ومنع الاحتيال والمعاملات غير المحسومة. تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ بحسب السجل والالتزام.
اختياراتك وحذف البيانات
يمكنك تعديل الحقول المتاحة بملفك والتحكم في إذن الإشعارات من إعدادات الهاتف وطلب حذف الحساب أو البيانات عبر seller.support@kzameeza.com. راجع تعليمات الحذف. نتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل التنفيذ. قد نحتفظ بالسجلات المطلوبة للالتزامات المذكورة، ويشرح الدعم ما ينطبق على طلبك. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز التحقق.
